At TMS Legal, we operate on a "no win, no fee" basis. This means you don't pay us a penny unless we are successful. We're confident in our expertise, and we want you to be as well.

Our Fee Structure Explained
Fees that any business conducting financial claims on behalf of members of the public are subject to fee capps by both the SRA and the FCA, which has standardised pricing across the sector.
We offer a no win no fee service. You do not pay a penny unless our claim is successful. If your claim is successful we charge a commission of the total redress starting at 36% (VAT incl.) and going as low as 18% (VAT incl.) for larger claims, as laid out in our Terms of Business Agreement, of the total redress*.(please see fee table below).
